Our mission at M&M's is to spread light, love, and wisdom to tiny humans everywhere. We believe that having love and light as the core of our program will help our children flourish mentally, spiritually, socially, academically, and physically.
Mrs.Mimi - Director
With over 10 years of experience in childcare, I am passionate about creating a safe, loving, and enriching environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. My love for childcare began early—I grew up in one of the best daycares I could have asked for: my maternal grandmother’s. It was there that I was first introduced to caring for children and learned the patience, love, and dedication it takes to create a truly nurturing environment.
Since becoming licensed and opening M&M’s Child Care in 2017, I’ve had the privilege of watching our program grow and flourish—proudly serving more than 100 families and building meaningful relationships that extend far beyond our doors. As the owner and director of M&M’s, one of the most rewarding parts of my journey has been watching children reach new milestones, build confidence, and grow into their own unique personalities. I’m equally passionate about creating a community where families feel supported and can truly trust the people caring for their children. I also enjoy mentoring our teachers and building a strong, dedicated team that shares the same high standards, values, and commitment to quality care.
Outside of M&M’s, I’m very family-oriented and love planning themed family gatherings and celebrations. I genuinely enjoy bringing ideas to life and creating memorable experiences for the people around me—something that naturally carries over into the special events, activities, and experiences we create at M&M’s. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, traveling, listening to podcasts, going to concerts, cooking, and trying new recipes.
Mrs.Brenda - Teacher
Working with children is truly my passion. I love watching them learn, grow, and discover the world around them each day. For the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of being part of the M&M’s Family Day Care team, serving as a Team Leader and Daycare Assistant while supporting our children and their families.
I enjoy creating a warm and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to explore their creativity and be themselves. Being able to play a role in their growth and celebrate their accomplishments along the way is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of M&M’s, I enjoy reading and journaling, which help keep me relaxed and inspired. I also love spending time at the ranch, riding horses, and enjoying the outdoors. Ranch life keeps me grounded and energized, and I love bringing that same positive energy back to the children I care for each day.
Ms.Icy - Teacher
I’ve been part of the M&M’s Childcare family for the past three years. My favorite part of working with children is being part of their learning journey, celebrating their milestones, watching their confidence grow, and seeing their unique personalities shine. I love creating fun and meaningful experiences where children can learn, play, express themselves, and most importantly, feel safe and supported. Being able to play a role in their growth and development is something I truly value.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy doing makeup, crafting, coloring, and photography—especially capturing beautiful sunsets and the moon. I also love fishing, exploring nature, and taking time to appreciate the little things. I’m passionate about continuing to grow as an educator and making a positive difference in children’s lives. I’m so grateful to be part of M&M’s and to create special memories with every child who walks through our doors.
Ms.Astrid - Teacher
I started working with children when I was 16 years old. It was actually my very first job! Growing up with two younger siblings also gave me an early start in learning how to care for and connect with little ones.
What I love most about working with children is having the opportunity to watch them grow and be part of their learning experiences. From seeing them take their first steps to helping prepare them for all the amazing things they’ll accomplish beyond our doors, being part of those special moments is incredibly rewarding.
I’ve now been part of the M&M’s family for three years now, and it has been an amazing experience filled with fun, creativity, learning, and so many memorable moments.
Outside of being a daycare teacher, I enjoy going to the gym and staying active. I also have a creative side and love to draw, paint, and sing—which comes in handy when creating fun activities and experiences with the kiddos!
